Get Energized for the New School Year With T³™ Professional Learning

Posted 05/19/2023 by Kevin Spry and Erica Schiller

Summer is almost here! Are you ready for some fun in the sun? Summer break is an important time for teachers to recharge, and it’s also a time when educators often take advantage of flexible schedules to participate in a range of professional learning events.

This summer, there are a variety of ways to continue building on your teaching expertise through the T³™ professional learning organization. You’ll learn hands-on with TI technology and get new resources and lessons to engage students in the new school year.

Let’s take a dive into what’s on the horizon.

T³™ Summer Workshops

You can choose from in-person and virtual workshops covering everything from ACT® and SAT® exam prep to calculus, coding, TI technology skills and more. Each workshop provides 12 hours of in-depth learning by focusing on a specific topic and support materials. We understand it’s important to have the graphing calculator to take with you, so TI technology is included with your registration.

“[Our instructor’s] ability to deal with many different levels of pre-knowledge was fabulous. I can’t remember a PD where I learned this much and, thanks to her teaching methods, I feel like I have every possibility of retaining it!” — Beth Boas, T³™ Workshop attendee

Attendees collaborate during a T³™ professional learning session.

AP® Precalculus strand

If you’ll be teaching the new AP® Precalculus course this next school year, the Texas summit is the one you’ll want to attend. It will feature a four-session track focused on teaching this new course from AP® Precalculus experts.

As with summer workshops, you’ll also receive TI technology with your regional summit registration.
