Polynomial Root Finder App

How do I store a root to a variable?

Using z

The z key enables you to store a value into a variable. To use this key:

1. Select a root from the Solutions screen.

2. Press z to save the selected root to a variable of your choosing. The root will store to a Real variable if it is Real. Otherwise, the variable will be Complex (non-Real).

NOTE: This will overwrite the current value stored in a variable.

You can evaluate a function at the root, Y(variable), on the screen if the root is Real.

You can evaluate a function at the stored root by storing the function to y= , then evaluating Yn(variable).
