To change the decimal answer settings, follow these steps:
1. Select Mode Settings icon or press the j key.2. Change the decimal answer setting between AUTO and DECIMAL.
DECIMAL forces all output to display as decimal.
AUTO will give fraction outputs when a fraction number type is detected and
decimal if a value is irrational or fraction number type is not detected.
Example: The division 4 ÷ 3 will return 1.3333333 in AUTO mode. The toggle cursor will display, and the fraction \(\frac{4}{3} \) will display if toggle key ^ is pressed.
