2. Select TVM_Solver by pressing =.
3. Enter in the respective values for this mortgage N = 20, I% =5, PV = 5000, FV = 0, P/Y = 1, C/Y = 1.
4. Compute the future value by placing the cursor next to FV = and select SOLVE by pressing h.
