Stat Menu
Pressing the m key brings up the statistics menu.
- EDIT, takes you to the List Editor space.
- CALC, takes you to the menu to select regressions or 1 and 2-Var statistics for lists.
- INTERVALS and TESTS offer wizards for the inferential procedures.
List Editor
The list editor is accessed by selecting the List Editor icon
, or by pressing the m key and selecting EDIT. Here, you can manage the contents of the lists. Entering data is done by
typing the data and pressing = after each data point. To clear a list, highlight the top of a
list, the formula entry bar, and press q, and press = to accept the empty list.
Note: If you delete a list by pressing the k key when in the formula bar, the list is easily recoverable by using the list SetUpEditor. Access the SetUpEditor command by pressing m and selecting option 5: SetUpEditor and pressing =.
List Math
Pressing a È opens the menu of named lists, NAMES. Use this menu to insert named lists into calculations and to do mathematics with these lists.
Pressing the right arrow key › to OPS, shows the list operations that can be performed on lists.
MATH shows the list math operations that can be performed on lists.
