Students will put the equations of an ellipse with center at (h, k) in standard form. Identify the center, vertices, co-vertices, foci, length of diamter axis, and length of the minor diameter. They will graph the ellipses.

Students need to be familar with TI 84+ APPS files.
During the Activity
Students will need to be introduced to the transformation of graphs in a general sense specifically ellipses.
