No, the 2024 T³IC is an invitation-only event and registration is free for invitees.

Yes, TI offers participants complimentary hotel accommodations for two nights during the conference, Friday, Feb. 23, and Saturday, Feb. 24. Reserving additional nights will be charged at the participant’s expense.

Participants are responsible for airfare and travel to and from the conference, in addition to any parking fees and incidental expenses such as outside meals.

When reserving your hotel room, a credit card number is also required in the event of incidental expenses charged to your room or for extended stays.

Yes. After you’ve submitted your registration form, we’ll send you a confirmation email to the email address provided. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please contact our registration team at t3@eventconsultantsglobal.com.

Bringing a printed or digital copy of your conference registration is recommended, but not required.

Your conference badge will be available for pickup at the registration desk on Friday, Feb. 23, and the morning of Saturday, Feb. 24.

If for any reason you cannot attend the conference, please contact us at your earliest convenience to cancel your registration. In your email, please use the subject “Cancel registration” and include your name and confirmation number.

Please note: If your hotel room is not canceled within 72 hours of the conference, you will incur the cost of one night’s stay to the credit card on file.

The conference takes place at the Loews^® Arlington Hotel, 888 Nolan Ryan Expressway, Arlington, TX 76011.

Yes, we’ll provide appetizers during the evening reception on Friday, breakfast and dinner on Saturday, and breakfast again on Sunday.

The suggested attire is business casual.

We anticipate hosting approximately 500 participants at the conference.

We’re inviting educators and administrators to connect and explore ways to enhance math, science and STEM education. Our conference guests will include:

• School and district leaders
• Math, science, computer science, CTE and STEM educators and educational leaders
• T³™ instructors
• T³™ Teacher Leader Cadre (TLC) participants

We encourage attendees to share what they are learning using #T3IC.

Yes, free Wi-Fi access is available in hotel guest rooms and in meeting spaces throughout the conference.

Yes, all participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance. This will be emailed to attendees the Monday following the conference.

TI takes the safety of all participants seriously. We will be working closely with local health officials, venue personnel and internal staff to follow safety guidelines, maintain clean and healthy environments, and plan for measures in case someone should become ill. We may further adjust our COVID-19 guidelines, as needed, to ensure a safe environment for attendees.
