Camp for students

Camps supporting student success. Contact us to get started

This camp is offered to assist students in preparing for their upcoming SAT® math test. The camp is offered in two options: A six-hour camp for up to 25 students or two three-hour camps for up to 50 students (25 students each). The breakdown of hours can be customized as needed.

Students will explore main topics of the SAT® math test, and learn strategies to better prepare for the test. By the end of the camp, students should feel comfortable with:

  • Leveraging the TI-84 Plus CE graphing calculator in key categories, such as algebra, problem-solving, data and statistics, and functions.
  • Implementing test preparation strategies in the mathematics classroom, and using premade activities that reinforce technology skills and deepen student understanding of key topics.

Six-hour camp areas of focus
