How can I determine which T³™ professional development service is best aligned to our goals?

Please contact us, and we can work with you to determine which workshop is best aligned to your goals.

Do you offer flexibility in delivery options for T³™ Workshops and Coaching ?

Yes. We will work with you to determine the best delivery option for your educators. If you reserve a virtual session now and prefer to change this to a face-to-face or blended session closer to the session date, we will work with you to accommodate your needs within the current health and safety parameters at that time.

Can we reserve in-person professional learning, and if so, what protocols will be followed?

Face-to-face professional learning is being considered on a limited basis in a small group setting. For the safety of participants and instructors, we will work with you to jointly follow CDC and local COVID-19 health protocols.

How much lead time is needed to bring a T³™ Workshop to my school or district?

We generally require signed quotes to be returned at least 35 days before the scheduled start date. This provides enough time to ensure that all documentation is in place and logistics are coordinated. If you want to schedule a workshop that’s less than 35 days out, please contact us.

What documents need to be in place in order to bring a T³™ Workshop to my school or district?

A signed quote and purchase order need to be in place to move forward with a T³™ Workshop. The signed quote secures the date and can be sent before a purchase order. If your school or district has a vendor contract and/or requires additional paperwork, please send it to us as soon as possible so we can return it in a timely manner.

How much does a T³™ Workshop cost?

A standard in-person or virtual workshop is $2,500 per day, offered in one-, two- or three-day formats. One full-day of in-person professional learning is equivalent to six virtual hours, which can be delivered in multiple two- or three-hour sessions.

If we purchase a virtual T³™ Workshop, do the online sessions need to take place on consecutive days?

No. For a virtual T³™ Workshop, the sessions do not need to be held on consecutive days. We recommend dividing the content into multiple two- or three-hour sessions and will work with you to determine the best timing.

What is included in the cost of the T³™ Workshop?

The cost of a face-to-face, blended or virtual workshop includes instruction for up to 25 participants, printed instructional materials, a certificate of attendance for each participant, and workshop loan equipment if necessary (including return shipping).
