Why does the DeSolve function return an incorrect response on the TI-Nspire CAS Family Products?
Texas Instruments has discovered that the deSolve function may return incorrect responses when solving some 2nd-order differential equations using a TI-Nspire CAS handheld. This issue was found in earlier versions of the TI-Nspire CAS operating system and will be corrected once you update to the latest operating system.
