How do I resolve the error "This Activation Key has already been claimed" with Texas Instruments Software and Web Applications?

Texas Instruments 16-Character account-based subscription licenses tie your activation key to your email account once activated.  The error “Activation Key has already been claimed” indicates you have already activated and tied the license to your email address.

If you get this error message, please proceed to the next step which is either installing the Texas Instruments software you purchased or launching the URL for the web application you purchased a link is available after you login at the URL below: 

https://edtech.ti.com/my-licenses

If you attempted to activate because you do not remember your password, you can reset your password at the URL below:
