Why does TI-SmartView CE for the TI-84 Plus Family menu options within a SmartBoard sometimes does not work?
TI-SmartView CE for the TI-84 Plus Family menu options within a smartboard sometimes does not work because of an issue identified by our development team.
When using the option to switch between "Calculator Models" the software may get into a state where the top menu options do not work, to work around this issue close the software and relaunch it.
Texas Instruments is aware of the reported problem and may be resolved at the earliest in a future release.
