Why is the TI-SmartView computer software not responding to the computer keyboard?
If the TI-SmartView computer software not responding to the computer keyboard please try the troubleshooting steps below:
• Use the computer's mouse to click a key on the emulated calculator to give that portion of the software focus. • Verify the computer keyboard works with other programs. If it does not, try disconnecting and reconnecting it, or using a different USB port if this is a USB keyboard. • Verify the key you are pressing corresponds to a key that the emulator responds to by checking the software's documentation.
