The error message "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel" may appear when downloading an App, program, OS (Operating System), or any other file that is not designed for Windows®.
The file is designed to be opened by a Texas Instruments product. Please do not attempt to open the file. Instead, save the file to the computer. Once it is saved, use the appropriate Connectivity Software to transfer the file to the handheld. If the file is able to be opened with one of the available App Converter & Creator Software or Math & Science Computer Software please launch that specific software and then load the file.
