Solution 40480: Auto-Login for Account Based Licenses.

How does Auto-Login work for Account Based Licenses?

Auto-Login is a feature that allows you to access the application without entering your credentials (email and password).

For installed desktop applications: 

TI-Nspire CX CAS Student Software
TI-Nspire CX Student Software
TI-Nspire CX Premium Teacher Software
TI-SmartView CE for the TI-84 Plus Family
TI-SmartView for MathPrint Calculators

• After you have entered your credentials once, Auto-Login will keep refreshing every time you launch until you sign out. 

For web-based applications: 

TI-Nspire CX II online calculator
TI-84 Plus CE online calculator

• Auto-Login does not occur for web-based applications, instead the sign in dialog will display. If you have previously entered your credentials, clicking [Sign In] will take you to the web-based application without entering your credentials.

Please Note: If you do not use Google/Microsoft SSO to log in and instead use the option [Or sign in with Email] you may not be able to automatically [Sign In]. To fix this limitation follow the steps below:

1) Open Google Chrome "On Startup Settings" by copying and pasting the below URL into your Google Chrome browser and pressing [Enter]:

chrome://settings/onStartup

2) Once the above URL opens change the setting to [Continue where you left off].

If you do not want to change this setting you can alternatively have Google Chrome save your credentials, so you do not need to type them each time you need to log in.
