Solution 40479: Change the Email Associated with a Single User Account Based License.

How do you change the email associated with a single-user account-based license?

To change the email tied to an account-based license please follow the steps below:

1) Log in using your previous email address at the URL below:

https://edtech.ti.com/user/profile

2) Click [Edit] under "Login"
3) Next click the [Red Pencil Icon] and enter the new email address then click [Set as Login]

Please Note: If the above option is greyed because you used [Sign In With Microsoft] or [Sign In With Google] and it is not possible to change the email.
