Solution 40479: Change the Email Associated with a Single User Account Based License.

How do you change the email associated with a single-user account-based license?

To change the email tied to an account-based license please follow the steps below:

1) Log in using your previous email address at the URL below:

https://edtech.ti.com/user/profile

2) Click [Edit] under "Login"
3) Next click the [Red Pencil Icon] and the new email address then click [Set as Login]

Please Note: If the above option is greyed because you used [Sign In With Microsoft] or [Sign In With Google]. Please follow the alternative steps below:

1) Visit the URL below to reset your password: 

https://edtech.ti.com/user/forgot/password?email=

2) After clicking the above link above enter your previous email address.
3) Click [Next] and then follow the instructions in the email you receive to complete the reset password process.
4) After you have reset your password visit the URL below again:

https://edtech.ti.com/user/profile

5) However, make sure you do not use [Sign In With Microsoft] or [Sign In With Google] but instead enter your email at the bottom below [Or sign in with email] and the new password you created via the password reset in the previous steps.

After you log in, you will now be able to use the option that was previously disabled:

6) Click [Edit] under "Login"
7) Next click the [Red Pencil Icon] and the new email address then click [Set as Login]
