Solution 11283:Changing the Periods Per Year (P/Y) and Compounds Per Year (C/Y) Settings on the BA Real Estate.

How do I change the P/Y and the C/Y settings on the BA Real Estate?

To change the P/Y and C/Y settings on the BA Real Estate:

• Press [2nd][I%] to display the P/Y worksheet. (Resetting the unit defaults both settings to 12.)
• To change the value, key in a new value and press [=r]
• The screen will automatically flash to  C/Y. C/Y is the same value as P/Y unless it is changed separately.
• To change the value for C/Y, key in a new value and press [=].
