What steps do I take to troubleshoot and setup the TI-Navigator Classroom Network?

Since the TI-Navigator Classroom Network consists of multiple components steps to troubleshoot and setup the system are broken up into the different components that comprise the system.

TI-Navigator Software:

Please Note: The steps below only correspond to Nav-AP-US Access Point pictured below. For assistance with the Type I and Type II Access Points please scroll further down in the Knowledgebase Article.

TI-Navigator Access Point:

If you require assistance setting up the TI-Navigator Access Point for the first time or at the beginning of the school year please visit Knowledgebase Article #33091.

If you have previously setup your TI-Navigator Access Point but are having issues detecting the Access Point please visit Knowledgebase Article #26650.

TI-Navigator Wireless Hubs:

TI-Navigator Initial Setup:
