This is just a Nspire file that affords the teacher some flexibility in terms of approach. It consists of ten problems with simple substitution.

The first approach that you can use is to have the students work out the solution using algebra and then check their answers using the Nspire file. The other approach is to have the students graph each problem, then work out the solution algebraically and finally check both solutions. There is flexibility within the file to do achieve whatever goal you want to accomplish within the unit.
