Does TI offer exchanges or upgrades for TI graphing calculators?
Texas Instruments (TI) does not have a policy that allows users to exchange or upgrade a current model for a newer model of calculator.
TI warranty replacement also does not allow exchange or upgrade. TI will replace a non-functioning calculator with a new calculator of the same model.
If your school or college is requesting a newer model, please check with the administration if your current model is acceptable.
