Virtual Workshop: Texas 8th Grade Math and Algebra I EOC Exam Strategies With TI-Nspire™ Technology

Workshop overview

This workshop is designed for 8th grade mathematics and algebra I educators in Texas who are either beginning to use TI-Nspire™ CX technology or who want to learn more to drive student success on the Texas 8th Grade Mathematics and Algebra I EOC exams.

Educators will cover the key elements of teaching with the TI-Nspire™ CX II graphing calculator and TI-Nspire™ CX Premium Teacher Software, and the workshop will focus on helping students use the TI-Nspire™ CX II graphing calculator to better understand key topics on the Texas 8th Grade Mathematics and Algebra EOC exams.

By the end of the workshop, participants should feel comfortable with:

• Exploring premade activities that reinforce technology skills and deepen student understanding of key EOC exam topics.
