How do I resolve the error "Receiver has a newer OS and can not load this OS." when attempting to update a TI-Nspire family handheld OS via unit to unit transfer?
A TI-Nspire family handheld will display the error "Receiver has a newer OS and can not load this OS." when attempting to install an older version of the OS than was previously installed on the receiving TI-Nspire handheld.
To resolve this issue, install the latest version of the OS available for the TI-Nspire Handheld or the TI-Nspire CAS using the instructions in Handheld Kbase#21390.
