What can I do if my TI-Nspire CX family handheld restarts itself continuously?
If you find that your TI-Nspire CX family handheld continuously restarts itself, restarts at random, or will not turn on, check the reset button on the back of the handheld to see if it appears to be stuck. If it appears to be stuck, use a paper clip to try moving it back into position.
If the reset button is not stuck, clean the contacts at the bottom of the handheld, behind the sliding cover, using a pencil eraser.
