What is the return policy on items purchased from Texas Instruments, and will Texas Instruments issue refunds for products not purchased directly through Texas Instruments?
Texas Instruments has a 30-day return policy on all new, unopened products that are purchased directly through Texas Instruments – either through the Customer Support Center or the TI Online Store.
For electronically delivered products, such as software and online calculators, the item(s) must have been purchased within the last 30 days and must not have been activated.
Texas Instruments cannot issue a refund for products not purchased directly through Texas Instruments.
