What is the return policy on items purchased from Texas Instruments and will Texas Instruments issue refunds for units not purchased directly through Texas Instruments?
Texas Instruments will not issue a refund to customers who did not purchase a product directly through Texas Instruments.
If the unit is not functioning or not functioning properly, please call 1-800-TI-CARES (1-800-842-2737) M-TH 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM FRI 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Central Standard Time or fill out the TI-Cares™ Customer Assistance Form.

Texas Instruments has a 30 day return policy on all products that are purchased directly through Texas Instruments. To return an item, please send the item to the following address with a copy of the invoice and a letter requesting credit for the return.
