How do I resolve errors S29, S30, C02, or C18 that occur during activation of a TI-Nspire or TI-SmartView Software?
Error codes S29, S30, C02, or C18 indicate that a license has expired. These error codes apply to Trial (C18) or all subscription and some perpetual (S29, S30 and C02) licenses.
To resolve this issue:
- Activate an additional license number if you have one.
- Contact an instructional product dealer and purchase an additional license.
