Solution 26110: One of the following errors is received when trying to run or activate the TI-Nspire™ Family Software: Error C10, C11, C12, C14, S28.

Why do I receive one of these errors when I run or activate the TI-Nspire family software? (Error C10, C11, C12, C14, S28)

If you receive any of the following errors:

  • The local license server is currently unavailable [Error C10]. Please contact your network administrator or TI.
  • A valid license file cannot be found [Error C11]. Please contact your network administrator or TI for assistance.
  • The license was returned to the local license server [Error C12]. Please close and restart the application.
  • No licenses are currently available [Error C14]. Please try again later or contact your network administrator.
  • The License has no activations remaining [Error S28]. Please contact your network administrator or TI.
Then it is highly likely you are using a networked concurrent or volume license. In any of these cases, you should ensure you have a working network connection and then try to run the application again. If it still does not work properly, contact your local network administrator to ensure the concurrent server is working properly. If you do not have a local network administrator or are not using a networked concurrent or volume license, please contact TI support.
