One option is the TI-SmartView™ Software. The TI-SmartView Computer Software presents an interactive representation of the TI family of calculators display. The TI-SmartView Software is available for the following calculators:

TI SmartView™ Emulator Software for MathPrint™ Calculators
TI-SmartView™ CE Emulator Software for the TI-84 Plus Family
TI-Nspire™ CX Student Software and TI-Nspire™ CX CAS Student Software

Note: The TI-Nspire family of handhelds has student software available that has the same functionality as the handhelds. The TI-Nspire family of Student Software is included in the handheld retail package, but can be purchased separately.

The BA II PLUS™ Emulator Software emulates the BA II Plus™ Professional Financial Calculator (requires letter on letterhead stating for visually impaired student)

This company has developed a Windows® Application called Accessible Graphing Calculator for blind and dyslexic users. It displays the calculator on the computer monitor, and audibly announces all functions and results. Graphs can be displayed as audible tone plots.
