Why do I get a "Cannot Load Procedure. In Order To Use Windows only (black cable), please reinstall TI-GRAPH LINK" error message when I try to run the TI-GRAPH LINK™ software?
The "Cannot Load Procedure. In Order To Use Windows only (black cable), please reinstall TI-GRAPH LINK" error occurs when one of the software's dll files becomes corrupted. To correct this error, the file dll16.dll must be replaced in the TI-GRAPH LINK folder. To resolve this error, follow the steps below:
• First, remove the corrupted dll16.dll currently in the TI-GRAPH LINK folder. This folder is located under c:\program files\TI Education\TI-Graph Link XX (where XX is the calculator model).
• Insert a new dll16.dll file into the TI-Graph Link XX folder. To request a dll16.dll file, fill out the TI Cares™ Customer Assistance Form.
• Restart the computer and try loading the software again.
