Can the TI-30X IIS/B and TI-30XS MultiView compute the log of a negative number?
The TI-30X IIS/B and TI-30XS MultiView scientific calculators do not have the functionality to compute negative logs.
By definition, the log of a number is the power to which it is raised by 10 to get that number. For negative numbers, such an exponent does not exist.
