Teaching Middle and High School with TI Technology

Written by experienced math educators, Teaching with TI Technology complements Pearson’s popular © 2009, ©2007, and ©2004
Algebra 1Geometry, and Algebra 2 textbooks, facilitating the exploration of these topics on students' TI-83 Plus and TI-84 Plus graphing calculators. The book includes innovative Flash-animated instructional modules, in addition to activities for TI-83 Plus and TI-84 Plus graphing calculators. For more information, visit the Pearson website.

Teaching Middle Grades with TI Technology  accompanies
©2008 Middle School Courses 1-3, as well as the
©2009 Connected Mathematics 2 (CMP 2), Grades 6-8, and focuses on the use of TI-83 Plus and TI-84 Plus family calculators in the Middle Grades.

Textbook Alignments

This tool allows you to review and select activities from TI’s free Classroom Activities database that can be aligned to the unit and section of your Pearson textbook. Simply find the textbook you use, and then follow the alignment link to view its activities report. From these pre-populated reports, click on “materials correlated to this standard” to view the available activities that support your lesson. Each activity you select can then also be checked to see if it aligns to your state’s standards.
