"You're Hired!"

Activity Overview

This activity will use linear programming and the Inequalz apps on the TI-84+ calculator to solve real world problems.

Before the Activity

This activity can be used as a culminating activity to a linear programming unit in Algebra 2.

During the Activity

In pre-assigned groups, students will solve and present solutions to linear programming problems to the Board of directors of "Spartan Programming".

After the Activity

Review student results:

As a class, discuss questions that appeared to be more challenging

Re-teach concepts as necessary
