Activity Overview

Students explore the locus of points in the interior of the right angle such that the sum of the distances to the sides of the angle is constant.

Before the Activity

Before carrying out this activity, the teacher should review with the students the following concepts:
isosceles triangle, parallel lines, and corresponding angles, slope.
