This workshop introduces the basics of Python coding principles including logic, selection statements and loops. Participants will expand their learning by using the TI-Innovator™ Hub and TI‑Innovator™ Rover to further engage students in coding and STEM applications.
Building upon the lessons from TI’s 10 Minutes of Code for the TI-Innovator™ Hub and TI‑Innovator™ Rover, the workshop shows participants how to control the TI-Innovator™ Hub and the built-in light and sound sensors, as well as how to control Rover using either a TI-84 Plus CE Python or TI-Nspire™ CX II graphing calculator. The coding applications covered will be connected to concepts in math and science.
