Are You “Moody”? Introduction to STEM Projects and Camps

Discover how to create introductory STEM projects, including a digital mood ring, to engage students.

These activities allow students to discover how a feedback and control mechanism works and how to relate to system models. Participants will leave with real-world data, analysis of data and STEM project ideas for their STEM classroom, clubs and camps.

The presenters will demonstrate introductory coding in TI-Basic on the TI-84 Plus CE graphing calculator and Python on the TI-Nspire™ CX II graphing calculator.
