Are you looking for fun and interactive activities to engage your students around Valentine’s Day? This webinar will demonstrate multiple coding activities that require students to problem-solve to create a “valentine.” Coding, learning and fun — what a great Valentine’s Day combination.
During this webinar, presenters will:
Introduce coding of random colors and a simple shape on the TI-84 Plus CE graphing calculator
Code a “Simple Heart” on the TI-Nspire™ CX II graphing calculator (sequential structure)
Code a “Beating Heart” (repetition structure)
Code a “Dancing Heart” (more repetition)
Provide examples of other activities that could be used in conjunction with Valentine’s Day
Activities will be presented using either the TI-84 Plus CE or TI-Nspire™ CX II graphing calculator. All activities are compatible on both platforms.
