Why do student responses become lost when using Group/Ungroup feature?
If a student is taking an assessment and uses the Group/Ungroup feature to
group or ungroup pages within an assessment, the software is unable to grade the
assessment correctly. To avoid this issue, pease inform students to not use the
Group/Ungroup feature while taking an assessment.
