Solution 26890: TI-Network Manager™ Crashes or Fails to Open When Launched
Why does TI-Network Manager crash or fail to open when launched?
The TI-Network Manager stores its logs in the user's My Documents\My TI-Navigator\logs folder. If this folder is not accessible (i.e. because it is mapped to a network location that is unavailable), or does not allow creation or writing of the log files, then the TI-Network Manager will not run.
Please contact Microsoft or your IT Department for information on changing the location or permissions of your My Documents folder or subfolders.
