Why is my handheld not immediately recognized by the TI-Nspire Computer Link™ software?
If your handheld is not immediately recognized by the TI-Nspire Computer Link software, verify the USB cable is completely pushed into the TI-Nspire handheld as it is a tight fit. If it is not completely pushed in the computer will not detect it. Next, Click “Refresh” and the handheld should appear in the list. Select the handheld in the list and click "Select
