Is there a preferred way to use the TI-Nspire CX reset button?
Yes. The best method of using the reset button on the back of a TI-Nspire CX handheld is to use a paper clip or other fully solid object to press the reset button. Use of softer items or items that can leave debris (such as, but not limited to, a pencil, a twist-tie, etc.) can cause the reset circuit to remain complete after releasing the reset button.
