Solution 18889: Notifications When a Package has been Received at the Service Department.

Will I get a notification once my package has been received by the service department?

The service department and Customer Service Professionals do not have the ability to send out notifications of incoming/outgoing packages. If a replacement unit has not been received within the three to four week cycle time, please let us know by calling 1-800-TI-CARES (1-800-842-2737) M-TH 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM FRI 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Central Standard Time or by filling out the TI-Cares™ Customer Assistance Form.
