Solution 12206: Unable to Send a Backup ROM Image of a Texas Instruments' Graphing Calculator on a Macintosh® Computer.
Why am I unable to send a Backup ROM Image to my graphing calculator from my Macintosh® computer?
When trying to send a backup ROM image to a Texas Instruments graphing calculator that has a different ROM version, the image backup will not be compatible. The ROM image will need to be sent to a calculator that supports that ROM version.
Once all of the individual data items are retrieved from that graphing calculator, they will need to be placed into a "group" file. Group files contain much the same information as a backup image, and are compatible with all ROM versions.
