What should I do if TI-SmartView CE for the TI-84 Plus Family closes or freezes unexpectedly?

Due to differences in computers' processors and performance, it is recommended that if you experience this issue to close the TI-SmartView CE software when it is not in use and relaunch it when you plan to use it.
