Solution 40454: Process to “Renew” or “Extend” a Subscription for TI Software or Online Calculator 

How can I renew or extend my subscription to TI software or online calculators?

Subscriptions for the products below do not get “renewed” or “extended":

TI-SmartView CE emulator software
TI-Nspire CX Premium Teacher Software
TI-Nspire CX CAS Student Software
TI-Nspire CX Student Software
TI-84 Plus CE online calculator
TI-Nspire CX II online calculator

To continue to use the above products after the subscription period expires, a new activation key must be purchased to use with your existing account. You may do this at any time, prior to or after your subscription expiration, however we recommend you do this after.

• If you purchased or received a single subscription license, you can purchase a new subscription from our Where To Buy page. You should not purchase more than one single subscription license because the Start Date of your subscription license cannot be more than 90 days from the date you activate so you are unable to activate multiple.
• If you are a member of an organization with a multi-user license, contact your license administrator.

Please Note:
• We recommend, if you purchase a new subscription prior to expiration of your existing subscription, that you only activate after your current subscription expires. If you do not, you may lose some of your subscription period. This may occur if you do not change the Start Date to a date after your current subscription expires. By default the current date is selected when setting the Start Date during activation.
• If you do activate prior to your expiration date, within the software or online calculator, it will show the expiration date of the current subscription. Once the current subscription expires, the expiration date of the new subscription will appear. 
• If you previously activated a 31-Character License Number you must upgrade your software to the latest version after purchasing a new subscription because current subscriptions only work with the latest version.
