Solution 26111: One of The Following Errors is Received When Trying to Run or Activate TI-Nspire™ Family Software: Error A11, P26, P27, P99, or S99.

Why do I receive one of these errors when I run or activate my TI-Nspire family software? (Error A11, P26, P27, P99, S99)

If when you activate the software you receive any of the following errors:

  • The TI server is currently unavailable [Error A11]. Please try again later.
  • The TI server is currently unavailable [Error P26]. Please try again later.
  • The TI server is currently unavailable [Error P27]. Please try again later.
  • The TI server is currently unavailable [Error P99]. Please try again later.
  • The TI server is currently unavailable [Error S99]. Please try again later.
This means the TI server is currently busy or unavailable. Try to activate again at a later time. If you continue to experience issues, please contact TI support.
