Solution 35157: Finding Divisors of a Number by Creating a Table using the TI-36X Pro.

How do I find divisors of a number by creating a table using the TI-36X Pro? 

Please follow the example below to find divisors of a number by creating a table using the TI-36X Pro.

Example: Find the divisors of the number 100.

• Press [table].
• Press 2: Edit function.
• Input 100/x and press [enter] for f(x)=.

Under "Table Setup" input the following data:

• Start= input 1 and press [enter].
• Step= input 1 and press [enter].
• Select [AUTO] and press [enter] then press [enter] on CALC.

The table will read:

x      f(x)
1     100
2     50
3     33.33333333
4     25
5     20
6     16.66666667
7     14.28571429
8     12.5
9     11.11111111
10   10

1, 2, 4, 5, and 10 are the divisors of 100.
