How do I resolve the error "The file path entered cannot be found" that occurs during activation of a TI-Nspire or TI-SmartView Software?
The error "The file path entered cannot be found" occurs when trying to save the webportal information file (webportal.lic) during a Web Portal activation of the software. If a path was typed into the save box, please validate that it is correct or use the file save dialog to choose a new save location.
If after validating the path the error still occurs attempt to click the [Browse] button and navigate to the path manually.If the suggestions do not alleviate the problem, please contact TI-Cares for additional assistance
