Why does App and OS Transfer in TI-Navigator 3.0 not send Apps to the TI-73 and not report an error?
When sending apps to a TI-73 using the App and OS Transfer tool, situations may occur in which application is not sent but no error is given. This situation can occur when the TI-73 contains an old OS or is displaying the error "Waiting... Please install calculator software now." In either of these cases, the problem can be resolved by stopping transfer and sending the operating system to the affected calculators using the App and OS Transfer tool.
