Solution 10312: Troubleshooting Calculator Detection Issues with TI Connect™ When TI-Navigator™ is Running on the Same Computer.

When I'm running TI-Navigator, why won't TI Connect detect my calculator?

In order to successfully connect to a graphing calculator using TI Connect, TI-Navigator must be closed first.

Both the TI Connect software and TI-Navigator software can not be open and running at the same time. TI Connect is unable to function properly with TI-Navigator running because the TI-Navigator software will always capture and occupy the TI-SilverLink™ (USB GraphLink) Cable connection, whether the AP (Access Point) is connected to the computer or not.
