How do I change an address on a TI Online Account?
Follow the steps below to change the address on a TI Online Account.
• Go to the TI-Online Store.
• Click on Sign In. Sign In is located in the upper right corner
• Type in the user name and password that was created or provided in the confirmation email
• Click on SUBMIT
• Select your site and click on Profile which is visible in the upper right corner
• Scroll down to the address area
• Click on the Update icon
• Type in the new address
• Click on APPLY
The address should now be updated.
