Is the Silver USB Cable for Windows®/Mac® compatible with TI-GRAPH LINK software for Windows®?
The Silver USB Cable for Windows®/Mac® is NOT
compatible with the TI-GRAPH LINK software for Windows®. The TI-GRAPH
LINK software for Windows® only supports serial port connections via the
Serial Cable for Windows® (black) or Gray Serial Cable for
Windows®/Mac®.
Also,
the TI-GRAPH LINK software for Windows® was developed and released
before the Silver USB Cable for Windows®/Mac® was developed and
released, hence, there is no support for USB connectivity.
The TI Connect™
software was developed and released to ensure compatibility of the
Silver USB Cable for Windows®/Mac® and Windows® operating system.
